Terms of service

The practical terms for reading, citing, sharing, and using material published on viborc.com.

1. Operator and scope

viborc.com is operated by DUX Consulting, vl. Vibor Cipan, a Croatian sole-trader business (obrt).

These terms apply to the website, its articles, research, archive, data presentations, downloadable material, and related contact or newsletter services.

The site has no checkout and does not conclude a sale, paid subscription, or professional engagement through the website. Business, collaboration, and speaking enquiries may lead to a separate agreement made outside the site.

These terms govern use of the site. If a mandatory law gives you rights that cannot be waived, these terms do not remove them.

2. Reading, linking, and quotation

You may read, save, print, and link to public pages for ordinary personal, educational, journalistic, research, and professional reference. You may quote short passages with clear attribution to viborc.com or Vibor Cipan and a link to the source page where practical.

Normal search indexing, citation, and sharing of links are welcome when they respect published technical instructions such as robots.txt and do not misrepresent the source.

Unless a page or file states a different licence, you may not:

  • republish a substantial article or collection as a substitute for the original;
  • sell, syndicate, mirror, or bulk redistribute the site’s editorial content;
  • remove attribution, copyright notices, provenance, or licence information;
  • present the material as your own or imply endorsement that was not given;

3. Separate licences for data and code

Third-party material remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner. Inclusion or citation does not transfer those rights to viborc.com.

4. Editorial and archive status

Publication dates, update dates, sources, methods, and status notes form part of the meaning of the work. Archive material records what was published in an earlier context and may contain outdated facts, links, interfaces, or assumptions. An archived page is not a promise that every statement remains current.

Research and interactive work may include stated limitations, uncertainty, or frozen data snapshots. Read those qualifications before relying on a result.

5. No professional advice

8. Advertising and commercial relationships
