Nakon \u0161to je ovogodi\u0161nje (2022.) ljeto donijelo niz temperaturnih ekstrema, uklju\u010duju\u0107i i prijelazak od <a href=\"https:\/\/viborc.com\/uk-highest-temperature-recorded\/\"><strong>40 \u00b0C u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu<\/strong><\/a>, \u010desto u upitima pronalazimo pitanja poput onih \u201cGdje je izmjerena najni\u017ea temperatura na Zemlji?\u201d ili \u201cKoja je najni\u017ea temperatura na Zemlji?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Prema standardima Svjetske meteorolo\u0161ke organizacije (WMO), <strong>najni\u017ea ikad izmjerena temperatura na Zemlji je iznosila -89.2 \u00b0C, a mjerena je 21. 7. 1983. na tada\u0161njoj Sovjetskoj istra\u017eiva\u010dkoj postaji Vostok na Antarktici.<\/strong> Sam je podatak formalno revidiran i potvr\u0111en u 2011. godini.<\/p>\n<p>Suh zrak i visoka nadmorska visina od 3.420 metara su utjecali na postavljanje ovog temperaturnog rekorda najni\u017ee ikada izmjerene temperature prema standardima WMO-a. Precizna lokacija je 77\u00b032&#8242; S i 161\u00b040 &#8216;E.<\/p>\n<div class='code-block code-block-5' style='margin: 8px auto; text-align: center; display: block; clear: both;'>\n<!-- Viborc - 300x250 Dynamic (62e91d4ae384d04b3c48e0f5) - 300x250, 300x600, 160x600 - Place in <BODY> of page where ad should appear --> \n<div class=\"vm-placement\" data-id=\"62e91d4ae384d04b3c48e0f5\"><\/div> \n<!-- \/ Viborc - 300x250 Dynamic (62e91d4ae384d04b3c48e0f5) --> <\/div>\n\n<h2>Preduvjeti ostvarivanja rekorda najni\u017ee temperature zraka na svijetu<\/h2>\n<p>Prema McCormicku (<a href=\"https:\/\/journals.ametsoc.org\/view\/journals\/mwre\/86\/1\/1520-0493_1958_086_0001_aeotmp_2_0_co_2.xml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">An estimate of the minimum possible surface temperature at the South Pole., Monthly Weather Review.<\/a>), nu\u017eni uvjeti za ostvarivanje izuzetno niskih temperatura podrazumijevaju paralelnu pojavu nekoliko meteorolo\u0161kih pojava. To su, primarno, izostanak Sun\u010devog zra\u010denja, vedro nebo i izostanak vjetra pri \u010demu pojava i visina temperature ovisi o trajanju ovih \u010dimbenika.<\/p>\n<p>Tijekom trajanja ovakvih uvjeta dolazi do vrlo slabog mije\u0161anja vertikalnih slojeva zraka. Pri tome se toplina koju zra\u010di Zemlja gubi, a najni\u017ei slojevi zraka postaju hladniji i, posljedi\u010dno, te\u017ei od onih koji se nalaze iznad njih.<\/p>\n<h2>Drugi izvori i rekordi<\/h2>\n<p>Prema podacima koje su 1997. u djelu <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.dtic.mil\/sti\/citations\/ADA346058\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Weather and Climate Extremes<\/a> (US Army Corps of Engineers, Topographic Engineering Center, PDF dokument) naveli Karus i Flood, spominje se temperatura od -89.4 \u00b0C \u0161to je neto\u010dan podatak. Razlog za ovo odstupanje od 0.2 \u00b0C je vjerojatno posljedica zaokru\u017eivanja temperature prilikom promjene i prera\u010dunavanja iz \u00b0C u \u00b0F.<\/p>\n<p>Tako\u0111er, u literaturi se mo\u017ee prona\u0107i i podatak o temperaturi od -93.2 \u00b0C kao najni\u017eoj ikada izmjerenoj. Ovdje treba razumjeti razliku izme\u0111u izravnog mjerenja povr\u0161inske temperature zraka i one koja je dobivena satelitskim mjerenjima, \u0161to je ovdje bio slu\u010daj. Dana 10. kolovoza 2010. godine na Antarktici (na potezu izme\u0111u lokacija Dome Argus i Dome Fuji) satelitski je o\u010ditana spomenuta temperatura od -93.2 \u00b0C. Kao takva, ona oslikava temperaturu same povr\u0161ine zale\u0111ene povr\u0161ine, dok je u slu\u010daju temperature mjerene na postaji Vostok rije\u010d o temperaturi zraka mjerenoj na standardnoj visini iznad same povr\u0161ine.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog toga te dvije mjerene temperature nisu izravno usporedive.<\/p>\n<div class='code-block code-block-5' style='margin: 8px auto; text-align: center; display: block; clear: both;'>\n<!-- Viborc - 300x250 Dynamic (62e91d4ae384d04b3c48e0f5) - 300x250, 300x600, 160x600 - Place in <BODY> of page where ad should appear --> \n<div class=\"vm-placement\" data-id=\"62e91d4ae384d04b3c48e0f5\"><\/div> \n<!-- \/ Viborc - 300x250 Dynamic (62e91d4ae384d04b3c48e0f5) --> <\/div>\n\n<h3>Kako se mjeri temperatura zraka?<\/h3>\n<p>Prema WMO standardima, temperatura zraka se mjeri pomo\u0107u termometara na visini od 1,25 metara do 2,0 metra iznad tla, ali u hladu \u2013 za\u0161ti\u0107eno od izravnog sun\u010devog svjetla. Ta visina je strogo odre\u0111ena jer se u blizini prizemnih razina mogu pojaviti izra\u017eeni vertikalni temperaturni gradijenti.<\/p>\n<p>Mjerenja treba izvr\u0161iti na ravnom terenu, slobodno izlo\u017eenom sun\u010devim zrakama i drugim atmosferskim uvjetima. Ne bi smjelo biti sjena od drve\u0107a, zgrada ili bilo koje druge zapreke. Kako bi mjerili temperaturu zraka sukladno WMO standardima, termometri se moraju postaviti u bijelu za\u0161titnu ku\u0107icu (meteorolo\u0161ka ku\u0107ica ili meteorolo\u0161ki zaklon) s dobrom ventilacijom.<\/p>\n<p>Uz ova osnovna pravila i standarda, WMO ima vrlo detaljno opisane postupke i protokole o tome kako se mjere temperature, a postoji \u010dak i detaljan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/obp\/ui\/#iso:std:iso:17714:ed-1:v1:en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><strong>ISO standard za mjerenje temperature zraka<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<div
